Privately financed, 110 North Newstead is a 12-unit, new construction, condominium building with 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. It has a private drive entrance with secured entry and an underground garage for private parking. The project scope included construction of a 4-story, concrete pan garage deck, wood frame structure with brick veneer, Hardi plank siding and a flat roof with roof garden area.
