Trimbuilt Construction

Larry started his construction career in 1981 working for a small drywall company in Caldwell, Texas. He then worked in Bryan/College Station before joining Trimbuilt in 1988 as a superintendent.

Since then, Larry worked his way to senior estimator, project manager, general manager, and now as president. His vast experience in the construction industry allows him to mentor each member of the Trimbuilt team and uphold Trimbuilt’s highly regarded reputation.  Larry works closely with the client and the design team to ensure the project meets meets the client’s needs, from conception to completion.

Mr. Puckett left Trimbuilt to work for Harvey Cleary for 6 years as a Senior Project Manager, then returned to Trimbuilt as President and Owner.

Ron began in construction working for a small commercial general contractor in 1978. He joined Trimbuilt in 1989 as project superintendent, later advancing to project management. 

Ron has supervised and managed finish-outs in medical offices, law offices, high-rise offices, engineering and advertising firms. He has extensive  experience working in downtown Class A high-rise buildings. 

Ron is detailed in managing the intricacies in conflicting schedules of multiple subcontractors while being attentive to existing tenants that occupy floors affected by the construction. He manages all phases of the project from schedule coordination, submittal approvals, and quality and cost control.

Prior to joining Trimbuilt, Mr. Mayfield worked for Billingsley Construction for 6 years as a Superintendent.

Colbey worked for a large, well respected general contractor in Austin before arriving at Trimbuilt in 2011 as estimator and project manager. He has experience  managing multiple construction projects including corporate office interiors, technology facilities, and the industrial property market.  Colbey plans for the intricacies involved with scheduling subcontractors when existing tenants are present or near the construction project. He ensures compliance to building standards and looks for potential discrepancies to address during pre-construction.
