Scope Of Work
Venado Oil & Gas is a 10,000 SF new finish out of Class A Office at the Hill Country Galleria. Specialized interior design teams were utilized to bring the finish out up a notch from the typical commercial office project.
The energy company focuses on exploration and development of oil and gas properties, therefore built their headquarters to be a showplace for their business, and for their existing or potential new clients.
The pictures speak for themselves- high level finishes, and multiple details throughout.
The nature of the business requires them to have multiple geographical maps and geological reports, so every wall was built of metal stud and gypsum, then clad with steel sheets covered in wallpaper to allow Venado to hang heavy maps on any office or conference wall if needed.
The entire space is truly a showplace to be proud of.
