Scope Of Work
This high-end office was a complete build-out project on a tight schedule that required coordinated efforts with electricians and specialty vendors. In addition to updating the electrical power and rewiring the space without shutting down the power to other tenants, Trimbuilt managed the procurement of Bubinga wood and other high-end finishes necessary to complete the project in the short time frame that was allotted. The space includes executive offices and videoconference rooms with special soundproof details, privacy shades, and window films.
