Scope Of Work
Carson Energy is one of the major players in the global oil and gas industry and made the decision to inhabit an office space with a view of Lake Austin and the 360 Bridge. They acquired approximately 8,000 square feet and the process began.
Trimbuilt Construction was fortunate enough to be able to complete their vision with a very high end tenant finish out overlooking the area. Custom design features included inset leather panels to match the owners custom desk, corridors with wood flooring and spectacular views encompassing some of the local beauty of the area.
The project was a complete success encompassing vision, design, value engineering, and owner appreciation.
