Scope Of Work
This 14,000 SF build out at Ladera Bend is a beautiful space. This project has a nice blend of professional modern finishes.
All Web Leads was currently operating on the entire 1st floor when we came to the table to build their 2nd floor addition. One key element in this space was refreshing the stairwell adjoining floor 1 and 2, bringing down the walls that secluded the stair well from the space and tying the 2 floors together with a stairwell design that truly compliments the space.
A strong construction management, architectural and design and tenant representation team made this project move with great success. We were able to fit the nuts and bolts together with great support and clear direction.
The design features of this space include: ornamental hand railings as the exposed stairwell, a large epoxy plinth at the base of the stair well, ceiling clouds with dry fall finishes above them, linear pendant fixtures throughout by Se’Lux, Stile and rail doors with full glass inserts, A great deal of 6” ACTFF poke-thru devices to power and feed furniture systems with data cabling, custom millwork and Herculite guard rails at the open stair well.
