Scope Of Work
On the corner of 6th Street and Congress in the heart of downtown is the historic Littlefield building. Not only is parking and scheduling deliveries a complicated process on this busy street, but the real challenge for this project involved removing the remains of an old restaurant and replacing it with a mock-up condo unit designed to make clients feel like they were walking into a high-rise apartment.
The design of the sales center was completed with fixtures and appliances for a full-sized kitchen, bathroom, living area, and balcony patio. The interior space also featured special artwork that required intricate lighting, suspension lines, and customized platforms. The final space replicated the experience of a real functioning unit available in a 40-story condo all from a sales office on the ground floor.
