Scope Of Work
Currently under construction the new Ross Dress For Less represents the final phase of a 55,000 sq ft shopping center at 95th & Quivira in Overland Park, Kansas. The development begin with an 15,000 sq ft Staples and has added a Verizon and Ulta Beauty stores with a center tower. This ground up project will be completed in the summer of 2014.
