Scope Of Work

Westdale Mall in Cedar Rapids is being redeveloped and Estes was selected to build a US Bank on the property’s perimeter. Estes worked closely with US Bank project managers at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq to complete the new branch on time. The LEED accredited bank branch enjoys lower energy costs by catching natural light through plentiful exterior windows and floor to ceiling glass office partitions.

The beautiful woodwork in the lobby and teller lines was completed by a local subcontractor to give the branch a welcoming feel. Outside, dark brown brick, light stucco accents, and a copper colored metal roof system create striking curb appeal, are low maintenance surfaces and are very energy efficient.
