Scope Of Work

The Chamber needed an office in Illinois for a presence in the state. The space on the Illinois side of the river within the RiverStation building in Moline was originally fit for six condos. Estes worked closely with the architect to incorporate different ceiling clouds and elevations to adapt to the existing conditions. The electrical and mechanical were modified to accommodate one commercial customer. All of this work was done while other tenants occupied surrounding spaces.

The Chamber’s office incorporates combined hollow metal frames with very narrow profiles. This unique feature required materials to be craned in from outside as the elevators and stairs were too small. Other custom features include distinctive casework and paneling, glass doors, metal reveals, concealed LED lights, wood panel ceilings and furniture dividers accented with melted buttons.
