Scope Of Work

The projects at McEleney Motors included an expansive remodel of the GM building and new construction of a Toyota building. The project was a competitive bid and Estes completed the work in seven months while helping McEleney save $50,000. With the savings identified through making Smart Choices®, McEleney was able to select upgrades that were originally out of budget.

The remodel required extensive coordination with McEleney to ensure daily operations were not interrupted.
