Scope Of Work

Estes has been selected to build or remodel numerous branch bank buildings for IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union. The Silvis building has the bank as the anchor tenant with space for four other retail occupants.

The IHMVCU branch on Kimberly Road in Davenport was partially remodeled and finish upgrades to tenant space were made on the second floor. At the branch on the Milan Beltway, the exterior has unique geometric features that attract the attention of passing motorists. The distinctive design was a key requirement of the owner to differentiate the building and posed some construction challenges that were successfully overcome by Estes. Exterior materials include brick, stone, curtainwall and a fiber cement panel system imported from Germany.
