Scope Of Work

The owners of Fidlar Technologies wanted a new building that had energy efficient mechanical systems that would provide cost savings over the life of the building. Advanced lighting controls were installed and a geothermal well field below the parking lot provides year-round, energy efficient heating and cooling.

Estes provided the owners with multiple Smart Choices® to achieve the desired efficiency level. The options for savings were clearly explained to the owners who were able to make informed decisions with long-term gains in mind.
