Collaboration was essential to bring client needs and expectations into alignment with the budget. The initial designs were 30% over budget, but by using Estes’ Client Centered Collaboration® approach and Smart Choice® options, the client, designers and Estes were able to collectively come up with solutions that were more cost effective without sacrificing quality, energy efficiency or “wow” factor.
