Scope Of Work
Due to multiple storms and flash flooding that swept through Madison, Verona, and Middleton areas - this office building was under new construction and incurred a lot of storm damage. Damage happened on two separate buildings under construction, multiple stories, two office wings hit very hard, totaling around 400 office spaces, hallways, and storage rooms. A&J Specialty Services, Inc. DKI handled all of the water mitigation, drying process, and demolition on this project. Project was mitigated, dried, demoed, and handed back to the client in less then 5 days.
