Scope Of Work
Main water supply line burst on the 5th floor of this Condo Building in Madison, WI. Affected half of the 5th floor occupants and all floors and occupants below, as well as all hallways, stairwells, storage areas, communication rooms, elevator shafts, main lobby and offices. Water damage caused the replacement of all carpet and padding, wood flooring, drywall, and trim. A&J Specialty Services, Inc. DKI was involved with the entire mitigation process as well as during the entire rebuild process.
