Scope Of Work

 3-story, 72-room hotel  included a variety of room designs, including standard kings, king suites, dual queen rooms, and 4 accessible-unit guest rooms.  interior common  public  include a registration , breakfast buffet room,  seating   addition to over 4,000 square feet of event center  banquet preparation .  exterior entry includes an impressive steel porte-cochère  an exterior pool   back for guests. This design-build  required hand--hand coordination of various design disciplines, with DDC providing progress constructibility review, budget review,  , as well as turn-key  through FF&E.
