Scope Of Work
Public Storage is the largest self-storage company in the United States, with thousands of facilities nationwide. Parkway constructed this 157,000 square foot facility – a three-story climate controlled storage facility with two drive-up buildings – on a 4.4 acre lot. The project included site work, large concrete pours, steel erection, framing, masonry and significant coordination with vendors and suppliers. Parkway is pleased to continue working with Public Storage on other current and future projects.
