Scope Of Work
For the Naples Grande Golf Club in Naples, Florida, Parkway provided a full set of design build services for a new clubhouse (14,000 SF), cart barn (6,700 SF) and parking lot. The construction phase began with the demolition of the existing clubhouse, cart barn and parking lot and then turned to the construction of the beautiful new facilities. The new clubhouse includes a large kitchen, a front door imported from Honduras and roofing from Canada, with specialty finishes and an extensive landscaping package.
