Scope Of Work
The Neosho Newton County Library found itself with the common issue of overcrowding in an outdated space. The Library needed to update and expand their space while retaining the charm and history of their 100-year-old building. The contemporary addition of a new children’s area, genealogy research area and a Community Room offers a practical solution and an attractive contrast to the historical appeal of the original space. The parking lot and driveway area was expanded to accommodate more library patrons. Utilizing the CM-R method, we were able to capitalize the Owners limited budget and complete the project ahead of schedule.
