Scope Of Work
The Jordan Valley Community Health Center project located in Hollister, Missouri transformed an existing 5,000 sf Convenience Store into a community health care clinic for the Hollister area.? The conversion also included a 2,800 addition for additional procedure rooms.? Prior to project completion another phase was added for offices and support staff, increasing the overall building space to 9,900sf. The Jordan Valley Community Health Center project located in Republic, Missouri doubled the space of the existing clinic.? Located in a retail center the expansion of an adjacent vacant lease space increased the clinic’s space from 3,000 sf to 6,000 sf and allowed them to increase the number of exam rooms to serve the Republic community.
