Scope Of Work
Repeat client Tanger Factory Outlet Centers brings an outlet mall to the “World’s Most Famous Beach” of Daytona Beach, FL.
The 39-acre site is transformed to accommodate the massive outlet center which presents an astounding 80 -name stores across ten separate buildings. The main-feature common gallery welcomes shoppers to the outlet. With high exposure to the heavily travelled LPGA Boulevard and I-95 and just minutes from Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport, seven tower structures with overhanging precast canopies provide eye-catching focal points drawing in nearby visitors.
Each building’s shell is comprised of structural steel framing and precast concrete panels. The outlet’s contemporary facades are a mix of stud framing, storefront glass, EIFS, cedar boards, and stone masonry. Extensive sitework creates a unique shopping experience, complete with attractive brick paver walkways, stamped concrete paths, fountain features, and planted landscape areas.
