Scope Of Work
Multiple projects dramatically transform Atlanta’s prestigious Hilton Hotel. 1,225 guestrooms renovations feature new floor and wall finishes, light fixtures, shower rods, wood valances, granite vanities with wood aprons, faucets and lavatories. New corridors include new acoustical ceilings with axiom trim, finishes and decorative light fixtures. Highly coordinated staging, phasing, and scheduling made this fast-track project a success, finishing on time and within budget.
All public areas are completely renovated, beginning with the demolition of the existing executive offices. New construction consists of pre-function areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms. All areas received new wood door casings, wood veneer walls and ceilings, and perimeter banquet seating. Highlights of the project also include four operable partitions, blackout mechoshades and projection screens.
The impressive Atrium includes new floor and wall finishes, dramatic staircases with stainless steel handrails, and new elevator lobby finishes, giving the space an urban, refined feel.
The hotel remained completely occupied and functioning during the construction of all projects.
