Scope Of Work
Civil Engineer – Walker Partners
Scope of Work – Site SWPPP, site excavation, undercut and recondition 6 feet of existing soil below proposed foundations, excavate parking garage, install 4 feet of select fill below building and parking garage, cement treated base below entrances, top soil and final grading. Install ductile iron piping, headwalls, concrete flumes, piping and courtyard inlets for storm water drainage. Install domestic water system and fire riser. Install sanitary sewer piping and manholes. Install keystone block retaining wall systems. Replace existing curb and gutter around site and repair and replace city streets. Install concrete entry steps and ADA wheelchair ramps, drives and walks.
