Scope Of Work
The main structure is structural steel with an exterior finish of concrete block and EFIS, topped off with a single-ply membrane roof. Covering 224,000 square feet, the building serves as a grocery and general merchandise store with an auto service facility and complete lawn and garden center. This project was completed within eight months from site work to occupancy. Detailed scheduling was maintained to assure project completion on time.
