Scope Of Work
This 10,900 square foot office building has an impressive exterior that incorporates the use of pipe columns that relate to the drill pipe of the oil and gas industry. The building reception and concourse area includes a vaulted wood ceiling with slate flooring and incorporates wood trim, which continues throughout the structure. With framing of structural steel and wood trusses, the building has an exterior finish of brick and EIFS. The structure is topped with a standing seam and modified bitumen roof.
