Scope Of Work
Located along the Willamette River, we worked in preconstruction during the extensive jurisdictional review to ensure proper placement of thebuilding and integration of the site enhancements with the adjoining public riverside path system. We provided a series of early estimates and pricing so that interior spaces for all residents reflected the goal of a bright, energetic design and Waterford Grand’s culture of person-centered care.
