Scope Of Work
A five-story building with Class A office space and retail spaces facing downtown Eugene’s busiest street. The handsome exterior and interior finishes compliment the adjacent historic buildings and welcome pedestrians on two sides of the ground floor. Valuable underground parking is available for office tenants and their clients. The Woolworth greatly contributed to the ongoing revitalization along Willamette Street.
