Scope Of Work
The new 12 building campus nearly doubles the capacity of the previous location in Eugene. We worked with Serenity Lane during fundraising to raise awareness of the project and assemble a team to build the phased work as soon as financing goals were met. During construction, a sizable donation made an additional exercise and wellness building possible and we worked with the design team to incorporate the changes within the project’s schedule.
