Scope Of Work
This project included building the new 50,700 SF three-story Eastside Elementary School for up to 600 K-2nd grade students on the property where the former Eastside School was demolished. The new Eastside School includes instructional areas, library/media center, administrative areas, kitchen/server, gymnasium, playground, parking and associated site work. Some limited renovations at the existing Millicoma School were also performed, primarily creating a new entrance and vestibule system.
