Scope Of Work
The expansion to Cascade Manor adds 30 new two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den units. The larger housing options have the added amenities of a new dining area, library and commons room. The three-story building surrounds a large, landscaped courtyard with covered patio seating, an outdoor cooking area, and a small brook that wanders as if coming off the nearby South Hills. Half the project was built on a concrete platform to accommodate underground parking for each unit.
