Scope Of Work
Construction of a ground-up 64,437 sq. ft, Courtyard by Marriott in Loveland, CO. We worked closely with the owner and on this wood-framed, four-story, 102 room hotel to reduce costs and ensure a timely completion through value engineering. The hotel was constructed to Marriott’s generation six model and includes:
