Scope Of Work
A 9,375-square-foot remodel of existing office building to accommodate a diagnostic imaging center for Sonora Regional. Included a complete demolition of existing interior. Added structural concrete to allow for increased loads by the new equipment. Added exterior concrete for sidewalks and electrical/HVAC equipment. Reframed all interior walls to match new layout. Installed new doors and storefront. Installed all new finishes and casework to match the interior designer’s schedule. Project included ADA features in the restrooms and throughout the building. Added new HVAC to properly condition the building and cool the equipment. Upsized existing electrical service and installed a power conditioner.
