Scope Of Work
?MCL Construction built the 43,000 square foot addition to the College of Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. This project achieved USGBC LEED Certified status for its use of local and sustainable materials and recycling of construction material waste.
UNMC is one of the leading educators of nurses in the state of Nebraska and the Midwest. This addition provides the nurses of tomorrow with interactive classroom space as well as the best hands-on training with simulation rooms providing the latest technology at their fingertips.

A skywalk connects the new addition with the original structure providing easy access for students, faculty, and staff when moving around campus.
