Scope Of Work
MCL Construction was the contractor of choice for Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in La Vista, Nebraska. MCL completed the new 50,000 square foot church in 2007 and the 15,000 square foot addition in 2013.
The new church features an elaborate narthex with wood paneling finishes, ceramic tile floors, and stained glass windows with barrel-vaulted ceilings. It added more space for features including a preschool and daycare, a fellowship hall, offices, and kitchen.
The addition matches seamlessly with the existing church structure, perfectly coordinating the brick and precast features. It includes a community space on the lower floor and a youth worship space that features acoustical ceiling tile and a premium sound system on the upper level. The addition and existing church space are tied together with an open staircase with glass features.
