Andy Rice's Bio
With over 20 years of experience in the environmental field, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ramaker team as a Vice President. Andy currently oversees Environmental Services, and specializes in National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) environmental assessments, which encompasses tribal consultation, utilizing the tower construction notification system (TCNS), architectural and archaeology reviews, and wetland delineations. Andy’s adaptability and tireless work ethic has allowed him to tackle jobs and associated issues that our clients felt were impossible to resolve, others would have turned their backs on, and prevailed with positive outcomes for our clients. Throughout the years, Andy has built an excellent rapport with numerous clients as well as a variety of State and Federal Agency representatives, and has proven to be a driving force behind the success of Ramaker environmental team.
Brandon Finley's Bio
Brandon manages the administration and information technology teams within the company. His specialty is in information system design, mapping, and software development with a strong background in several programming languages.
He has been instrumental in the development of CIMS, a GIS-based cemetery application that has been implemented in more than 800 cemeteries in the United States and internationally. Brandon works directly with clients to continually add features to the software based on our CIMS clients' suggestions.
Daryl Matzke's Bio
Daryl's specialty lies in managing large-scale, multi-discipline developments. With more than 25 years experience, our clients have come to trust his guidance and knowledge. He has also served as a City Engineer and has worked with many municipal, commercial, and residential developers on civil and aquatic projects.
His areas of expertise include plan development and calculation review, conceptual planning, regulatory review and permitting, project management, construction engineering, construction inspection, contract administration and quality control.
James Kaiser's Bio
James’ extensive knowledge of the Telecommunications arena him a very valuable asset to any design project. His effective communication skills enable James to act as a liaison between contractors and clients, efficiently resolving project issues.
His areas of expertise include design, specification writing, building code review and knowing the ins and
outs of building construction. James' experience in the industry, as well as his knowledge of codes and regulations, make him a vital team
leader.
Jamie Skowronski's Bio
Jamie has more than 35 years of experience in providing business, engineering and construction management services. Jamie has managed many local, state and federal government-sponsored projects plus a multitude of private sector recreational, commercial, industrial, residential developments, and telecommunications projects. As President, he has provided design and construction engineering oversight as well as the leadership of all aspects of the company. His vision, experience and oversight continue to serve our clients and staff well.
Jean Bergman's Bio
As Ramaker’s CFO, Jean is responsible for directing the financial management of the company, including long range planning, financial analysis and modeling, reporting, budgeting, cash management, business process improvement, and managing the company’s ERP system. She has over 25 years’ experience providing financial expertise in the AEC industry, along with extensive experience implementing and maintaining ERP systems. Jean is a C.P.A. with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
Jeff Zander's Bio
Jeff is the lead Professional Engineer in our Structural department. His more than 24 years of experience are a great asset to the firm and support his role as the senior professional directing others in the department. He is adept at managing large-scale, multi-discipline developments and clients have come to trust his guidance and knowledge. He provides detailed structural reports and graphed structural data to our clients. Clients have grown to rely on his proven analytical skills. His engineering experience ranges from the research, design and layout of structures to report and proposal writing.
Jodie Peotter's Bio
Jodie is Ramaker’s Environmental Department Manager and is a licensed Professional Geologist with over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Throughout the years, Jodie has garnered a great deal of technical experience in many aspects of environmental consulting including environmental investigations (Phase I and Phase II), environmental assessments (NEPA), geotechnical investigations, analytical testing, property condition assessments, environmental compliance, project management, and possesses knowledge and familiarity with leasing, A&E, site modifications, and site audit processes.
John Hafner's Bio
John is a Vice President and Director of our Architectural Design Team. He has extensive experience in the design of hotels, motels, and food service establishments. He is familiar with current needs in hotel/motel design and has worked closely with many food service equipment designers and suppliers. John is involved with his projects from schematic design phase to construction observation phase.
John provides leadership and guidance to the architectural department. His role in projects is one of support to the team of architects and technicians working on a project and to assure that all work is of the highest quality. John maintains close oversight of all projects within the firm. With more than 25 years experience, our clients have come to trust his guidance and knowledge when managing a project.
Mike Pinske's Bio
Mike oversees the telecommunications, civil engineering and land surveying teams. He leads a team of civil engineers, structural engineers, surveyors, geotechnical engineers, construction managers and civil technicians. The team aids clients in the site development process ranging from very small to large scale projects nationwide.
Additionally, Mike has performed more than 1,000 geotechnical investigations across the nation for various clients. He creates detailed geotechnical reports, reviews construction drawings, and evaluates soil documentation.
Tom Wiseman's Bio
Tom is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with over 25 years of expertise in most facets of the A/E Design and Construction Management and Site Acquisition. He has successfully completed projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, contractors, local officials, vendors and clients, while maintaining costs and cycle time. Tom is well versed in contract negotiations, preparing RFPs, impending design problems, document preparation, building code and regulations. He is known for a proactive approach to addressing issues that may interfere with efficient and timely implementations of a client’s networking schedule and developed customized design solutions with a verifiable track record in directing the implementation of thousands of innovative projects for major clients.
