Scope Of Work
The Garden View Terrace Apartments is a low-income residential project. We worked hand in hand with the Owner and the Architect to facilitate ground-up construction of 10 buildings, containing 56 multi-family residential units over subterranean parking.
Staples Construction provided the budgeting, design assistance, and value engineering to complete the project. We worked within the Owner’s financing requirements, including completing Phase 2 buildings adjacent to occupied Phase 1 buildings. This project is even GreenPoint Rated for health and comfort.
