Scope Of Work

This project included the design and construction of a one-story facility to provide steam and chilled water to the hospital expansion project, simultaneously under construction. This facility consists of load-bearing seismically reinforced masonry and steel framed structure bearing on concrete foundations and footings, masonry walls, CMU partitions, polished concrete flooring, and vinyl flooring. The mechanical systems include institutional grade plumbing and HVAC equipment, high efficiency boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ductwork, fixtures, controls, boxes and trim. Electrical systems include the electrical service, distribution systems, raceways, boxes, conductors, generator set, low voltage system and electrical trim.
