Scope Of Work

This design build project consisted of design and construction of two medical office buildings adjacent to the new hospital facility, which was also under construction. These single level structures were constructed with exterior finishes identical to the new hospital facility for a seamless appearance and covered walkways to connect each building. 

The buildings were constructed with concrete floor slab, brick masonry, Koreteck Insulating Wall Panels, continuous lightweight concrete roof deck, EPDM and composite shingle roofing, aluminum windows, light gage steel trusses, interior finishes and specialty items, mechanical and electrical systems.
