Scope Of Work

This project consisted of renovations to the existing conference center, a single building with three meeting rooms and small sitting rooms. The renovation included demolition of partition walls, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures. The project also included new construction of wall, ceiling and wall finishes, wood doors and frames, door hardware, carpet and ceramic pavers, bathroom partitions, vanities and toilet accessories, replacement of HVAC ductwork, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Exterior improvements included partial replacement of western red cedar siding and new stain-sealer.
