Scope Of Work
This project included the construction of a new Family Life Center building and a connection of this new building to the existing facilities. Renovation of certain areas in the existing building and demolition of an existing residence and fellowship building were also required as a part of the project. Pinnacle Inc was one of five general contractors invited to bid on this project. As the successful bidder, Pinnacle began working with the church and Architect to revise the original plans to bring the project within the budget set by the church. The team approach resulted in many more cost efficient alternatives and allowed the revised project to proceed.
