Scope Of Work

Pinnacle Inc contracted with BUCON (Butler Construction Services) as the local Butler Builder to construct this facility for the Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge.   This project included erection of a 40’ x 120’ pre-engineered steel building with a 16’ eave height, concrete foundation and building slabs, concrete aprons, fencing and gates. The building construction included standing seam roof panels with concealed fasteners and operable ridge vents; siding with Kynar 500 standard steel panels with exposed fasteners; horizontal sliding aluminum windows; trolley beam for two ton chain hoist; walk doors and insulated steel sectional doors and vinyl faced blanket insulation. Interior construction consisted of metal studs and gypsum board partitions, lay-in suspended ceilings, vinyl tile flooring, HVAC system, plumbing and electrical.
