Scope Of Work

The owner desired a complete makeover of this 1200 sf condominium with a great view overlooking Waikiki Beach. The project scope included the complete removal replacement of the kitchen two bathrooms, ceramic tile carpet flooring, painting, all new electrical fixtures devices as well as a 90-degree open-corner Fleetwood sliding door system to open up the interior to the lanai. This project had to be delivered on a very compressed time schedule. The Alexander Group and the Project Team delivered the project on time and on budget.
