Scope Of Work
The Tobacco Pavilion at Heritage Circle is an open-air covered shelter located on the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. The open floor plan is 84’ x 60’ (5,040 square feet) and allows tobacco auctioning to easily take place during the NC State Fair. Located on .5 acres overlooking a scenic lake, The Tobacco Pavilion can easily accommodate groups of up to 400 people.
The structure consists of wood posts and wood scissor trusses with a metal roof covering the structure. The structure also features a stone clad, wood burning fireplace and decorative stamped concrete pad. Pendant lights and a large ceiling fan complement the overall décor of the space.
