49 Wireless Blvd is a single story, ~124,000 sq ft warehouse/distribution center sitting on a 7.5 acre lot in Hauppauge, Long Island. The dimensions of the building are 490'-0 x 253'-0 and 46'-0 in height. The general constructability of the building is comprised of an insulated pre cast tilt up panel system, 29 loading dock bays with dock levelers, 40 trailer parking stalls, 131 employee parking stalls, and a TPO membrane roofing system with double R-30 rigid insulation. The developer of the project is Venture One Real Estate. The architect of the project is Ware Malcomb along with the civil engineer of record being Nelson Pope. We anticipate substantial completion in November 2023.
