Scope Of Work
A renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic Queen Anne Italianate brick building into corporate offices for Barton International. With sustainable features that include a panelized green roof; a geothermal heating and cooling system; energy-efficient windows; and a rain water collection system, the project earned LEED Platinum certification by the US Green Building Council. This is the first LEED Platinum certified building in New York State.
