Scope Of Work
Project was located in a former retail space on the lower level of a parking garage. The space itself caused caused many challenges due to limited truck access. Entire space was built out as new with, a new HVAC system, boiler room, med gas system, generator, two nurse stations and an open floor plan. A good deal of time and effort was spent on fire walls since the exterior walls were 2 hr rated.
