Scope Of Work
Grunley performed interior and exterior renovations to this unoccupied warehouse. We completely replaced the exterior envelope to include a new roof, an upgraded structural steel system, exterior metal panel walls and windows. The electrical, HVAC, life safety, security and communication systems were replaced and/or modified. New refrigerated coolers were installed. The concrete warehouse flooring was modified to include a hardener/sealer and a detailed striping system. Extensive coordination with the owner-supplied conveying and racking system installations was required.
