Daniel F. Gluck is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gluck Building Company. He is a licensed in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington State.
A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, Mr. Gluck has a strong background in the creative arts and life sciences as well as business administration.
The Gluck companies have been involved in building in California for more than 59 years. They have participated in the production of thousands of units, both single and multi-family, and hundreds of retail, industrial, medical, and office buildings. Beginning in 1975, Mr. Gluck focused on and projects as a principal developer and .
Mr. Gluck has been directly responsible for the development and or of more than 200 retail, office and industrial buildings in the western states. Thomas R. Gluck is an owner of Gluck Building Company and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. At the University, he concentrated on Business Management and Accounting.
Mr. Gluck has participated at every level of construction and development for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. He administers general construction contracts and subcontracts, interacts with project owners, architects, and engineers, and directs project estimating, management, and construction. He is an expert at establishing end user requirements for complex facility systems, including computer rooms, computerized lighting and heating/venting/air conditioning systems, heavy equipment/machinery motion and sound isolation, high security rooms, sophisticated electrical systems, and special construction and fire protection systems for hazardous occupancies. He develops the most efficient systems possible, coordinating with professional consultants, design build subcontractors, the governmental authorities, and the owners representatives.
Mr. Gluck has directed many industrial and retail rehabilitation and new construction projects throughout California, Washington State, and Nevada. Included are the award winning Inglerose Center developed by Security Pacific Bank, numerous TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, and Guitar Center Stores, the Simi Valley K-Mart, Whittaker corporate offices, USA Petroleum Business Park, Lance Campers, Santa Clarita Studios, Card Services International headquarters, and many others. He has completed the repair of fire and earthquake damage and the installation of seismic retrofit at more than 95 commercial buildings and hundreds of multifamily residential units. When a casualty loss is involved, Mr. Gluck negotiates with the governmental authorities and the insurance adjusters to procure approval for all of the required scope of work and appropriate compensation for the owners.

Carl E. Reichenbach's Bio
Carl E. Reichenbach is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he studied Industrial Construction Management and Mechanical Engineering.
Carl has over 24 years of experience with estimating and project management for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential structures in both Colorado and California. He has been fully responsible for the negotiation and the administration of contracts and subcontracts, cost accounting, forecasting, and estimating for projects with construction values of up to twenty million dollars.
Functioning as a liaison between developers, owners, architects and engineers for new construction as well as earthquake repair, seismic retrofit, tenant improvements, and rehabilitation projects, Carl has effectively managed subcontractors and office and field personnel to ensure project quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion.
Carl has constructed more than 100 concrete tilt up buildings in the southern California area, ranging in size from 80,000 to 175,000 square feet. He has also constructed numerous projects with wood frame, steel frame and precast concrete construction.

Joe C. Buendia's Bio
Joe Buendia has over 29 years of experience with estimating and project management for commercial, industrial, and public works construction projects. He has been fully responsible for the negotiation and the administration of contracts and subcontracts, cost accounting, forecasting, and estimating for such projects. Construction values for individual projects have exceeded fifteen million dollars.
Functioning as a liaison between developers, owners, architects, and engineers for new construction as well as seismic retrofit, high-end tenant improvements including many surgical centers, and public works projects, such as schools and libraries, Joe has effectively managed subcontractors, office, and field personnel to ensure project quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion.
Joe has been involved with the construction of more than 55 concrete tilt up buildings in the Southern California area, ranging in size from 8,000 to 150,000 square feet. He has also built numerous projects with wood frame, steel frame and precast concrete construction. Often, he assists the project consultants with design issues.

Lee Ellet's Bio
Ellett has more than 25 years of experience as a project superintendent and manager for , industrial, institutional, and structures. He began his career in with the United States Navy Battalion, building concrete tilt-up structures in the Pacific. Since his return to civilian life, he has managed the of projects of all types.
joined Gluck Development Company, as a senior project superintendent in May of 1988. He then became Manager, responsible for all aspects of , scheduling, and coordination, for all Gluck Development Company projects.
directs the allocation of equipment, materials, and labor among the various job locations. He manages job site safety programs and reporting, oversees in field documentation, and conducts monthly meetings for site personnel. He evaluates and hires all field employees, and provides orientation and training as required.

Claudia Fortney's Bio
Claudia Fortney has practiced accounting for substantial businesses in California since 1978. She attended California State University Northridge, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1982.
While working for an accounting business in the late 1970s, Claudia was the firms representative managing accounting and other financial matters for The Gluck Company, a predecessor of Gluck Building Company. In 1983, she opened her own accounting practice and provided accounting, audit, and tax services for numerous clients, including Gluck entities. Claudia has been the CPA for Gluck Building Company from its inception in 1986, providing all financial statements, tax returns, fiscal forecasting, audits, and management for corporate organizational matters and human resources.
Claudia joined Gluck Building Company in 2000 to become Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial integrity of the Company. Her wonderful personal qualities and professional expertise have earned her the respect of clients, bankers, insurers, colleagues, and others who so enjoy working with her.
Having worked together for over twenty years, Claudia and the Glucks take pleasure in the close family relationship that has evolved. For Claudia, construction accounting is challenging yet provides many rewards.
