Scope Of Work
The Data Center building was one Manzitto’s LEED Gold Projects, which means it went through strict guidelines in order to be classified as a “green” building. Located on the Sandhills Publishing campus near NW 1st and Fletcher streets, just off of Purple Heart Hwy, the project consisted of the interior finish and shell construction of ‘Class A’ office space. It also included a sophisticated server room, green roof, and an underground parking garage.
